Pave9 processes as little personal data as possible. When you visit our website, we only process technically necessary data and anonymous visitor statistics (analytics), such as IP address, pages visited, browser type, and time of visit.
Visitor data is used solely to make the website function, to ensure security, and to maintain anonymous visitor statistics. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing and improving the website. We comply with applicable privacy legislation: we state our purposes in advance, limit data collection to what is necessary for legitimate purposes, and take appropriate security measures.
Visitor data is not kept longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or longer than legally permitted.
We only place functional and analytical cookies. Functional cookies are needed to make the site work. Analytical cookies help us understand how visitors use the site. No tracking or advertising cookies are placed, and we do not collect personal data for targeted advertising. The first time you visit our website, we may inform you about our cookie use.
You can manage or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings. Some parts of the website may not work properly if you disable cookies.
We use Google Analytics to track visitors on our website and to obtain reports on its usage. We have accepted a data processing agreement with Google, do not allow Google to use information from Analytics for other Google services, and anonymize IP addresses.
We take security measures to limit misuse of and unauthorised access to personal data, including the use of secure (SSL) connections for data transfer and physical and logical access controls on the systems in which data is stored.
When you click through from Pave9 to FuturumShop, you leave our website and the privacy statement of FuturumShop applies. At FuturumShop, additional personal data is collected for processing your order, including phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, payment details, billing address, name and address details, and IP address, based on the agreement with you. FuturumShop may share data with delivery services and payment providers, retains order data for up to two years after completion (and longer where legally required), offers account registration, a contact form, and a newsletter (always cancellable), and uses statistics and cookies. For the full overview, we refer to the FuturumShop privacy statement.
We do not share personal data with third parties, except where legally required or necessary for the technical operation of the website (such as the hosting provider or the analytics service).
